When Aaron Rodgers led the Green Bay Packers to a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV it cemented his legacy as one of the best QB’s to hit the NFL scene in the last 10 years. He still has many more years to prove he will become one of the all-time greats but the writing is on the wall that he will end up having a Hall-of-Fame type career.
One of the best Aaron Rodgers rookie cards from 2005 was his Upper Deck Exquisite Jersey Autograph, serial numbered #/199. Thanks to Steal Second who helped with tracking the prices for this card during the Packers march toward the Super Bowl. As you can see, even though Rodgers went onto win MVP and get the Lombardi Trophy, prices remained flat for his 2005 Exquisite Rookie even after the big game. All of the cards tracked were ungraded versions – premium patch cards and high grade versions sell for a premium, as high as $3,000.00.
