Topps got back in the 2010 football card game thanks in large part to Upper Deck, who couldn't come up with the licensing payment on time to the NFLPA. That allowed Topps an opportunity to jump back in and their first release of 2010 will be classic Topps. The base cards share the same design as 2010 Topps Baseball, and many of the insert and parallel cards also draw on past Topps concepts. They were under the gun, so to speak, to get this set out, since just a few months ago Topps didn't have a license to produce NFL cards. Overall, the cards look well done, and collectors will be excited to have Topps aboard for 2010. |

Topps Football History Insert Cards Topps does a lot of vintage and retro sets in their baseball line, now they have extended it over to the NFL, with their all new Topps Football History Insert Cards. These will be fairly easy to get, so these would be good cards to pick up on eBay if you are on a tight budget.
