2009 Upper Deck Sp Authentic Football is always one of the most anticipated football sets of the year. The 2009 version looks like it will live up to the legacy of past Sp Authentic products.
This year, look for up to 10 Sp Authentic Patch Autographed Rookie Cards per case! Blowout Cards had the 09 Sp Authentic 12 box case pre-sale price set at $1125. Check here sure to see what a case goes for on eBay. If you can hit 10 RC Patch Auto's per case, then this product could be a good buy.
If you are looking to hit the big one, well, 2009 UD Sp Authentic has redemption cards available for the entire Rookie Autograph Patch Set! MOJO!
More good news for 2009 Sp Authentic is that all autographs will be on card. This is great news for the re-sale market of Sp Authentic autographs. Typically the on card auto's sell slightly better then the sticker autographs.
The SP Authentic Dynasties insert set is interesting. It features manufactured patches signed by past NFL legends. Not sure I like the idea of more manufactured patches on the market, but the fact they are using old school players, I guess that helps.
The base set is big this year. 370 cards with 100 short print cards. Good luck to all set builders.
