Program Begins - April 12, 2011
Effects: Sales of unopened boxes and cases during first 90 days |
Beginning with the release of 2011 Upper Deck Football, The Upper Deck Company has decided to implement a new distribution plan in the U.S. and Canada for sales of unopened UD products online during the first 90 days. The online retailers listed below have been handpicked by Upper Deck to solely distribute their product online during this 90 day window. These A.I.R. online stores have agreed to not distribute this product to any other retailers, to sub-distributors, or any other entity other than the end consumer (collectors). Please keep in mind that during this 90 day window - if you purchase a box from an Upper Deck A.I.R. or Certified Diamond Dealer you are not permitted to sell that box online, such as on eBay, without possibly being "cut off" from purchasing product at that particular A.I.R. or Diamond Dealer in the future. This policy will be difficult to implement but U.D. has hired an employee to monitor the sales of product in the first 90 days after release on sites such as eBay. Please note this is for sales of full boxes or cases only and does not impact the sales of single cards in any way.
