2009 National Heroes Set
2009 Topps Allen & Ginter is such a cool set because of all the non-baseball names that are included in the set. The National Heroes Insert Set is a key part of that concept. Loaded with names from around the world, this would be a great set to build. With the odds of 1:12 packs, finding the cards out on the open market should be affordable.
The cards feature a cool design. I like the choice to do a horizontal template, with the country of the Hero displayed in the right corner. 2009 Topps Allen & Ginter hit the mark on this great set. With names like George Washington, William Tell, and Nelson Mandela, it makes me look forward to 2010 Topps Allen & Ginter that much more.
