2011 Sage Hit Football will be one of the first products to hit the market with new 2011 NFL Rookies. These cards feature no NCAA or NFL Logos or uniforms. Every card in the base set also has a parallel autograph. Cards from this set as well as the 2011 Press Pass Football release sell very well when they first come out. Wait to purchase any cards from those sets but sell immediately if you pull a nice rookie.

Several QB's will headline the 2011 NFL Draft and sales of their autographs will be interesting to monitor. Jake Locker, Cam Newton and Blaine Gabbert all are trying to get into the 1st round. All three have autographs in this set and they should be the top sellers when this product goes live in early March.

Update 3/16/2011 - Some of the insert cards have a 'cartoon' look to them and gave me flashbacks of when I was collecting cards as a kid in the early to mid 1990's. Blowout Cards currently is selling boxes on eBay for about $100.00.  There are 6 autographs per box, but Sage might have done themselves a favor if they just eliminated the insert cards and just stuck with a base set + autograph parallels and inserts. 2011 Leaf Metal Draft Football appears to be a solid choice if you are looking to wet your whistle with some early 2011 Football product. If you don't like any of those - wait until Topps and Panini get cranked up with sets releasing shortly after the 2011 NFL Draft.
