Six 1/1s in Days: Filthbomb’s Unprecedented Chrome Update Run

Since 2025 Topps Chrome Update released on December 10, Fanatics Live breaker Filthbomb Breaks has pulled six MLB Rookie Debut Patch Autographs (1/1s) in just days—including back-to-back-to-back patches in the same case.

With 270 total debut patches in the checklist, pulling six this quickly is statistically extraordinary.

Much of the hobby commentary on this is divided. Some call it incredible luck. Others question whether large breakers receive preferential treatment from Fanatics/Topps—specifically through "Breaker's Delight" boxes.

Other breakers, including Backyard Breaks, have been thought to be given special treatment.

Over the years Filthbomb has been accused of taking the best teams in their own breaks

One of the owners, Stephen Michael, was accused of selling a trimmed Mickey Mantle baseball card.

Filthbomb Breaks was an advertiser of a Scammers Exposed Facebook group and got any negative discussion about them squashed.
