Whatnot Breaker Accused of Keeping High-Value Card, Shutting Down Account
A Whatnot breaker with over 150,000 completed orders is accused of keeping a valuable rookie card and shutting down operations after telling a customer it would be shipped “ASAP.”
Zach Mayes posted in the Facebook group “Sports Card SCAMMER TRACKER” on March 1 that Whatnot seller 808picknpullz never shipped a Konnor Griffin/Seth Hernandez Bowman Draft 2025 dual autograph orange parallel numbered to 25.

The Timeline
According to Mayes’ account:
- February 5, 2026: Mayes purchased into multiple breaks and hit the dual autograph
- Mid-February: After inquiring about shipping status, breaker Keigan Graham told Mayes he was “stepping away from breaking and the hobby as a whole” but assured the card would ship soon
- Three weeks later: Card still not received
- Two weeks ago: Shipping label created but never used
- March 1: Mayes contacted Whatnot support
“I have my whatnot receipt, screenshots of the card, conversation logs between myself and 808picknpullz, a screen recording of the break, and more,” Mayes wrote.
Pattern of Missing Cards
Mayes claims this wasn’t an isolated incident.

“I get it, there’s inherent risks by using Whatnot and other breaking platforms, but this breaker had over 12,000 positive reviews and 154,000 total orders,” he wrote.
The post alleges the breaker “had a problem over the years of shipping out bigger cards” — suggesting this may have been a pattern rather than a one-time occurrence.
Whatnot’s Refund Policy Gap
While Whatnot will refund customers the cost of the break when a seller fails to ship, the platform does not compensate for the lost value of the card itself.
In this case, Mayes would receive a refund for what he paid to enter the break — not the market value of a rare dual autograph numbered to 25.
Breaker Still Active on Platform
According to Mayes’ post, 808picknpullz still has an active Whatnot page “with sealed products still listed.”

The account shows a February 4, 2026 video titled “DUTCH AUCTION PYT BOWMAN DRAFT JUMBO W/ KEEGS” that appears to show the break where the Griffin/Hernandez card was pulled.
Keigan Graham, identified as the account owner, is based in Hawaii according to the post.
“I hope to make it as difficult as possible for him to move/sell this card,” Mayes wrote. “He is based out of Hawaii, so anyone local, please beware. He also still has an active whatnot page, with sealed products still listed. Do not transact with this account or this individual.”
Red Flags for Buyers
The incident highlights several warning signs for break buyers:
- Seller suddenly “stepping away” from the hobby immediately after a big hit
- Shipping labels created but never actually shipped
- History of valuable cards not arriving
- Continuing to list products for sale while claiming to be leaving the hobby
Whatnot did not immediately respond to inquiries about the account status or seller verification policies.
