WeTheHobby Customer Reports Missing Cards After PSA Grading Mix-Up
A customer is raising concerns on social media after cards from a WeTheHobby break disappeared following PSA grading.

VWSmaltz posted on X that he participated in a WeTheHobby break on Fanatics Live on January 9. His cards were sent to PSA for free grading, but he didn’t realize until February 9 that he never received them back.
“I didn’t realize until 2/9 that I didn’t receive the cards, as I thought that they were delayed by PSA,” VWSmaltz wrote. “Nowhere to be found.”
WeTheHobby responded publicly, saying the cards were graded but the company doesn’t know what happened to them. “They’ve been reviewing tapes since 2/9,” VWSmaltz added in a follow-up.

At least one other customer reported a similar problem. The Crafted Pig, another collector, replied that WeTheHobby “shipped a huge card in the same scenario to the wrong buyer after grading. Comps dropped 40% by the time I got it.”

WeTheHobby addressed the original complaint publicly, saying “We are looking into this immediately. We understand your frustration and will be DM’ing you to resolve the issue within the next 12 hours.”
WeTheHobby is one of the top breakers on Fanatics Live, ranking in the platform’s leaderboard for total streams and buyer activity.
