PSA to Open First European Grading Facility in Frankfurt, Germany
PSA has announced it will open its first full-scale authentication and grading facility in Europe in Frankfurt, Germany, with operations expected to begin in the summer of 2026.
The Frankfurt facility will grade trading cards onsite. Other collectible categories will continue to be shipped to PSA’s primary facility in the United States for grading.
PSA cited Frankfurt’s location at the center of Europe’s transportation network as the primary factor in selecting the city.

PSA appointed Matthias Peuckert as General Manager of PSA Europe. Peuckert brings more than two decades of international leadership experience, including senior positions at Amazon EU and DocMorris AG.
The company expects to hire more than 100 employees in Frankfurt across operations, logistics, marketing, and customer success.
PSA currently operates international offices in Paris, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, along with a full-scale facility in Tokyo. The Frankfurt location will be the company’s first European grading site.
The announcement comes as PSA’s parent company, Collectors, also owns Beckett Grading Services and SGC, following a December 2025 acquisition of Beckett.
